Just a  little reminder that you don't have to f*ck with folks who aren't adding value to your life.

There are so many people giving their time and energy to people who mainly bring negativity and zap energy. These types of people also derail what you are trying to do because you get all wrapped up in their foolishness. 

Who you spend  the most time with/on is a reflection of you. Those who don't bring value to  your life aren't necessarily bad people. Are they worthy of your time and energy? When you add up all the time you spend on them, couldn't you have spent that time with someone who elevates you or time working on one of your goals?

There are some fabulous people in this world to meet. You can't say those folks are hard to find if you are continually giving your time to the "No Value Squad". Real connections  will change your life in so many wonderful ways.

Also, if you want people to keep it real with you, make sure you are keeping it real too. The actions you put into the world come back to you.
