 This is my favorite snack to make. I use to buy kettle corn until I realized how simple it is to make. Now I keep popcorn in the cabinet so I can make some anytime I want. It’s quick, easy, and delicious! Plus if you make it yourself, you can experiment and make batches in different flavors. As they say in France...Miam! PS- Popcorn is delish when paired with sparkling wine. Kick Ass Kettle Corn ¼ cup of olive oil ½ cup of popcorn kernels ¼ cup of sugar Sea salt Directions: In a large cauldron pot, heat the olive oil over medium high heat. Add 3-4 popcorn kernels and put the lid on. When you the kernels pop, take the pot off the heat and stir in the rest of the kernels as well as the sugar. Place the lid back on and put the pot back on the stove. As the popcorn pops, shake the pot continually until the popping slows down. This should be around 3-4 minutes. Remove the pot from the heat. Season with salt. Put the popcorn in a large bowl and enjoy!

Dig deep into the divine feminine energy of yours for the answers you seek. You got this! Pairing: The Chen Bleu has a beautiful label and is pure magick in the bottle. Made with old vines with aromas of cherries and spice. There are many layers to this wine just like a Gemini. Cancer – (June 21-July 22) It may be time to let someone go. Through the grapevine you have found out that they have said or did something that shows that they aren’t a true friend. This can happen as you start to get a glow up. Let’s just say not everybody gets to come along for your tide. Time to make room for new people in your life. Keep on rising. Pairing: Get in Ferrari Brut to get some bubbles in your life. This bubble magick is harmonious on the palate and pairs perfectly with food which is what you are looking for this month. Leo- (July 23- August 22) Time to let go of the old and be ready for new. You are about to go on a new exciting adventure that will change your course in life. That being said, watch who you share your news with at the beginning. There’s a few folks who may try to rain on your parade, but f*ck them. You have manifested what is before you. Enjoy every minute of it. Pairing: La Vieille Ferme Rouge is a red table wine from France that’s fun and easy to sip as you slip into something new. Embrace all the good stuff. Virgo- (August 23-September 22) You’ve had a vision for a while, guess what? It’s time. What you’ve been manifesting is about to show up. Not everyone will understand what you are doing. Stay focused and don’t let them get to you. Consider this a learning experience. After a few bumps in the road, you will reach the finish line. You will also gain some respect. Pairing: Get on the La Petit Perriere Rosé. A classy pale pink wine giving off aromas of roses and berries. Made in Loire near the river, packed with flavor and full of balance just the way a Libra likes it. Scorpio ( October 23- November 22) Your intuition is giving you a lot of information on life, love, and the pursuit of happiness. The good news is that you don’t have to figure it all out, just go with the flow of the energy. Turn up the intuitive voice and listen in. If something that you want to do scares you there is energy in it. Make sure that you buy yourself some flowers such as roses or gardenias to add some magick to your home. Pairing: The Gloria Ferrer Brut is a wine that’s a good go to any day of the week. The bubbly has a touch of fruit and floral aromas that will add to the magick of the flower power this month. Sagittarius- (November 23- December 21) Things may not have worked out like you planned, but it’s all good. Tthe universe is cooking something else up. Sometimes the best things are the ones that you didn’t see coming. You are a queen so strengthen up that crown. Check in with your squad and have a girl’s night out. Capricorn- (December 22- January 20) A relationship didn’t turn out quite the way that you imagined. It’s okay to cry. But don’t let it become a full blown everlasting pity party. Normally when things don’t work out, the universe is trying to give you something better. Take a little time to get yourself together. unless you are ready to get back in the dating streets. You will love again. Pairing: Feel pretty in pink by sipping Miraval Rosé. You will feel like you’ve been whisked away to Provence. Maybe add a French cheese plate to complete the French feels for your heart chakra. Aquarius- (January 21- February 18) Get your heart chakra ready for a ride this month.
