Yesterday I made a boozy hot chocolate with Dutch Chocolate Van Gogh Vodka. I'm at it again. Since I can't go to Italy bringing a touch of Italy to me. Today's hot chocolate situation will include Frangelico Liqueur and a little Nutella. The two will be bring in a hazelnut sensation to my cup.
In case you aren't familiar with Frangelico...the 300 year old libation is made with Tonda Gentile hazelnuts found in the region of Piedmont, Italy mixed with coffee, cocoa, and vanilla. And I can't imagine you don't know about Nutella, the Italian hazelnut cocoa spread that you should put on anything and everything...maybe even yourself. Even though it's a bit hard to travel right now, your palate can take you and your senses on a journey. Enjoy! Ciao. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Frangelico & Nutella Hot Chocolate 1.
